ABOUT KENTISH CONSTRUCTION

Kentish Construction Ltd is a Sevenoaks-based building company led by George Stacey. Established in 2018, the business brings together around 15 years of hands-on construction experience with an organised, straightforward approach to residential building work across Kent.

Hands-on construction experience

George began in the trade as a bricklayer and remains closely involved in the practical and organisational side of projects. That background matters when existing buildings reveal complications or a drawing needs to be translated into a buildable sequence. Kentish Construction is not a remote lead-generation company: clients deal with a local builder who understands the work, the programme and the decisions being made on site.

What work do we undertake?

Our projects include house extensions, refurbishments and renovations, structural alterations, loft conversions, garden rooms, landscaping and general building work. We can take on defined elements of a project or coordinate an agreed scope from groundwork and structural work through to finishes.

Working with homeowners and design teams

We work directly with homeowners and alongside architects, interior designers and structural engineers. Clear information at the start makes projects run better, so we review drawings, access, product choices, responsibilities and outstanding decisions before construction. Where professional design or approvals are required, we build from the appropriate information and help coordinate the practical site stages.

Clear communication and organised delivery

Clients should understand what is included, how payments are structured and how changes will be handled. We use written scopes and quotations, agree key stages and communicate variations clearly. No building project is completely free of disruption, but an orderly site, realistic programme and regular communication make a major difference. Our aim is careful workmanship without losing sight of the client's home, budget and day-to-day life.

We are based in Sevenoaks and regularly serve homeowners in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Westerham, Otford, Shoreham, Kemsing, Borough Green and nearby Kent towns and villages.
